Hey Nonprofit Leader—What’s Keeping You Awake at Night?

Let’s be real. Running a nonprofit isn't for the faint of heart. Between donor drama, staff turnover, grant deadlines, and a Board member who thinks strategy means picking the lunch menu—you’ve got a lot on your plate.

• Goals? What goals? You're not meeting them—and you're not sure why.

• Flatlining. Your org isn’t in crisis, but it sure isn’t growing either.

• Losing money. And worse, you don’t know where the leak is.

• Crisis mode. Enough said.

When You're Managing Big Changes:

• Executive transition?

• New systems or programs?

• Overworked team with no capacity?

Yup, that's consultant territory.

When You Need a Neutral Party:

• You need someone who isn’t emotionally attached, politically entangled, or stuck in “how we’ve always done it.”

• Leadership is misaligned, and the group therapy sessions aren't working.

Other Red Flags:

• Staff drama.

• Volunteer burnout.

• Donors ghosting you.

• Declining satisfaction from anyone you serve.
